Music and Rhythm Class

Thank you for your interest in our Creative Arts Studio at Challenge Mountain. 

In partnership with Big Water Creative Arts and Crooked Tree Arts Center, the newest addition to Challenge Mountain’s Creative Arts Studio is an engaging weekly class intended for individuals living with disabilities to learn the basics of music and rhythm in a fun and safe environment. According to the BWCR website, “Big Water Creative Arts is dedicated to promoting the arts in the Great Lakes region through education, instruction, interaction and performance. Think of how powerful a gift it is to pass that on to someone. Think of how different our world would be if we could pass that on to ALL human beings. To everyone. THAT’s what we want to do.”

Age Limit: Individuals 13 years and older living with a disability

Location: Crooked Tree Arts Center

Class Schedule and Time: This class starts October 2 and continues every Thursday until November 20. Class occurs from 10:30am - 11:30am.

Cost: Thanks to generous donors, music class is provided for free
